When you inquire, our planning team follows a five-stage matching process to ensure the perfect fit:
1️⃣ Discovery Call
We learn about your vision — the energy you want, the size of your crowd, the genres you love, and the cultural balance of your celebration.
2️⃣ Event Profile Design
Every event receives a written music profile outlining must-plays, do-not-plays, and vibe checkpoints (e.g., “romantic + modern,” “Bollywood fusion,” “club after-party”).
3️⃣ Technical & Venue Review
We analyze your venue’s layout, acoustics, and timeline to determine which DJ’s experience and equipment configuration best match your event space.
4️⃣ Schedule & Availability Match
Once your date is secured, we cross-check availability across our roster.
If Raheel is available, he’ll personally confirm.
If he’s booked elsewhere, you’ll be paired with the team member whose strengths best align with your event’s music style and scale.
5️⃣ Final Confirmation & Introduction
You’ll be formally introduced to your DJ.
We never send someone you haven’t met or spoken with — transparency and comfort are non-negotiable.
